On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Home Care Assistant Nurse / Health Auxiliary (M/F), activity rate and duration to be defined, immediate start.

Your future responsibilities:

• You will provide assistance with daily living activities: washing, meals, dressing, mobility.
• You will provide basic care in compliance with medical standards and prescriptions.
• You will accompany patients in their external errands and social activities.
• You will ensure the comfort, well-being and safety of the beneficiaries.
• You will contribute to the upkeep of the home and laundry when necessary.
• You will observe and report any changes in health status to nurses and the medical team.
• You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and appropriate care.

Your profile:

• You hold the Red Cross Health Auxiliary Certificate or equivalent recognised in Switzerland.
• You ideally have some experience in home care.
• You have a strong interest in supporting elderly or dependent persons to remain at home.
• You are autonomous, empathetic and possess excellent listening and communication skills.
• You are proficient in spoken and written French (minimum B2 level).
• You have a driving licence and a vehicle.
• You demonstrate flexibility (days, evenings and weekends according to schedule).
