Description
Mandated by several of our clients in Geneva and the canton of Vaud, we are looking for
Nurse in a Care Home
- You hold a HES Nursing diploma or a foreign diploma with mandatory recognition from the Swiss Red Cross
- You have at least two years of experience in care, ideally gained within a care home in Switzerland
- Attentive, calm and caring, you know how to manage emergency situations professionally and place human relationships at the heart of your practice
- You have nursing and basic technical care skills.
- You enjoy teamwork, have excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate a great ability to adapt to the realities of the field.
- Proficiency in software such as SADIES is an additional asset
- You ensure the preparation and administration of treatments in strict compliance with current protocols and safety rules.
- You perform basic care as well as the necessary technical acts within the framework of a care home.
- You pay particular attention to the quality of your interactions with residents and their relatives
- You actively participate in the development and monitoring of individualised life projects, ensuring respect for the needs and choices of each person
