On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Nursing Assistant / Health Auxiliary in home care (all genders), activity rate and duration to be defined, start date to be agreed.Your future responsibilities:- You will provide assistance with daily living activities: hygiene, meals, dressing, mobility.- You will provide basic care in compliance with standards and medical prescriptions.- You will accompany beneficiaries in their external procedures and daily activities.- You will ensure the comfort, well-being and safety of beneficiaries.- You will contribute to the maintenance of the home and laundry when necessary.- You will observe and report any changes in health status to nurses and the medical team.- You will collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and adapted care.Your profile:- You hold a Red Cross Health Auxiliary certificate or equivalent recognized in the country.- You ideally have initial experience in home care.- You have a marked interest in home support for the elderly or people with disabilities.- You are autonomous, and endowed with excellent listening and communication skills.- You have mastered oral and written French (minimum B2 level).- You possess a driver's license and a vehicle.- You demonstrate flexibility (days, evenings and weekends according to schedule).Your conditions:- You are joining a structure offering quality conditions, a team spirit and staff stability.- Your tasks will be varied and your career plan ensured.- We offer you a tailor-made consulting approach by offering you knowledge of the company, its values and principles. jid648501eaen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
