Your future mission consists of ensuring all tasks related to the management of a portfolio of properties, entrusted by institutional clients and located in the La Tour-de-Peilz region:

• Relations with owners, tenants and craftsmen/site managers
• Coordination of rental and technical management activities with an assistant
• Regular analysis and monitoring of the portfolio, vacancies and relocations
• Technical supervision of properties, monitoring of maintenance subscriptions, claims management, control and coordination of works, control and monitoring of invoices and budgets
• Conducting inventories and coordinating the exit process
• Verification of the accuracy of the financial statements of mandates (management/heating accounts)
• Management of complex files and representation of owners before authorities
• Supervision of apprentices and coordination/monitoring of their training

Your profile:

• Experience in a similar role in Switzerland
• Good knowledge of tenancy law and building technology
• Administrative and organisational rigour
• Commercial sense, comfortable with communication, contacts and negotiation
• Open, dynamic and positive personality
• Interest in administrative tasks as well as building technology
• Proficiency in common office tools
• Good spelling and writing skills
• Driving licence / private vehicle
