Property Management Manager - Industrial and Logistics Real Estate (M/F)
Our client, one of the leaders in the management of industrial, logistics and artisanal buildings in French-speaking Switzerland, is strengthening its team and is looking for a Property Management Manager to oversee a portfolio with high technical demands and support the growth of its mandates.
Responsibilities
Industrial & Logistics Portfolio Management
- Manage a portfolio of industrial, logistics and artisanal buildings: leases, relocations, condition reports, disputes, indexations, etc.
- Monitor technical installations and the specific needs of users (production, logistics, industrial activities).
- Supervise budgets, reporting, service charge and management fee statements.
Leadership & Management
- Manage a team of property managers and administrative staff.
- Ensure coordination, task allocation and skills development.
Client Relations & Development
- Be the primary contact for owners and investors; ensure regular and proactive follow-up.
- Identify optimisation opportunities for the managed portfolio and contribute to the prospecting of new mandates.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in property management, ideally in commercial, industrial or logistics real estate.
- Excellent knowledge of tenancy law.
- Comfortable with the technical monitoring of industrial buildings and understanding the specific needs of professional tenants.
- The Federal Certificate of Property Manager is an advantage.
- Natural leadership, sense of priorities, impeccable organisation and enthusiasm for fieldwork.
- Solution-oriented, autonomous and excellent communication skills.
- Proficient with common IT tools.
- German language skills are an asset.
