Job Description

In direct connection with management, your mission will be to lead and supervise several points of sale and catering areas by ensuring their operational, financial and human management. As the true guarantor of service quality as well as the customer experience, you will ensure compliance with budgetary, organisational and quality commitments while guiding your teams towards ambitious objectives, without compromising on service quality. In close collaboration with site managers and operational teams, you will oversee daily activities, the application of internal standards and procedures, as well as projects related to the development and optimisation of operations. You will also participate in the analytical and financial monitoring of operations, the implementation of commercial actions and the development of initiatives aimed at strengthening performance and customer satisfaction. Close to the field and endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, you will know how to create a positive dynamic with your teams while maintaining quality relationships with your various contacts.

Profile Sought

Holder of a higher education qualification in hospitality and catering professions, you have at least five years of confirmed experience as an F&B Manager. You master the operational, human and financial challenges related to this type of multi-site environment. You are perfectly familiar with the local economic fabric, comfortable with analysing results, reporting and monitoring performance indicators. Endowed with natural leadership and excellent interpersonal skills, you are recognised for your ability to unite, structure and develop teams with rigour and kindness. Organised, autonomous, flexible and field-oriented, you enjoy taking on challenges and proposing innovative solutions adapted to operational realities. You are proficient in the use of common IT tools and are able to express yourself fluently in French; proficiency in English is an asset. The role also requires holding a driving licence.
