In this context, our client, a recognised player based in Geneva, is recruiting an Accountant to strengthen their finance team.

Your main duties will be:

- Managing the daily general accounting for a multi-company scope
- Processing supplier and client invoices as well as accounting entries
- Performing bank reconciliations
- Participating in monthly and annual closings
- Contributing to the preparation of VAT returns and monitoring tax obligations
- Accounting for fixed assets and ensuring their follow-up
- Collaborating with various internal contacts (finance, operations) on accounting matters
- Participating in process improvements and structuring the accounting function in a growing environment

Profile sought:

- Training in accounting or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Ideally Federal Diploma
- Good command of general accounting (up to closings), ideally in a multi-company environment
- Comfortable in an operational context with volume and data entry, while maintaining a global view of financial issues
- Dynamic, friendly and adaptable personality, able to integrate quickly into a small team
- Curious and proactive mindset, with a genuine desire to learn and progress gradually
- Ability to work autonomously
