For our client, a company active in the services sector based in Nyon, we are looking for an Accounts Receivable Accountant to join their finance team.

Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer accounting and will participate in the administrative follow-up of payments.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

- Ensure the complete management of accounts receivable accounting
- Prepare and send customer invoices
- Record and match payments
- Monitor customer accounts
- Conduct customer reminders by phone and email
- Participate in monthly closings
- Perform reconciliations of accounts receivable
- Contribute to improving billing and collection processes

We are looking for a person with:

- Commercial Employee Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) or equivalent training
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounts receivable position in Switzerland
- Fluent French, a good level of English is an advantage
- A rigorous, organised personality with an excellent sense of service
- Good interpersonal skills, team spirit and ability to manage priorities
