Property Management Assistant (M/F/X)
Geneva, 80-100%
Your contributions:
- You are responsible for the administrative support of the residential management team to ensure smooth operations
- As the first point of contact on site, you welcome clients and manage the initial contact with tenants
- You handle communication with tenants, concierges, craftsmen, and authorities to ensure effective information exchange
- You are responsible for preparing exit statements and releasing deposits, as well as requesting and evaluating offers, assigning mandates to craftsmen, and monitoring work progress
- Processing and recharging orders and supplier invoices, as well as debtor control, are also part of your responsibilities
Your qualifications:
- You hold a basic commercial federal certificate of competence (CFC) and ideally have already completed training as a real estate manager or are willing to undertake it soon
- Initial experience in property management is an asset you possess
- You are motivated by teamwork, demonstrate resilience under stress, and your service orientation and customer focus distinguish you
- You can organise your work independently and goal-oriented. Thanks to your communication skills, you interact easily with various interlocutors
- You express yourself fluently in French, both spoken and written; ideally, you have a good knowledge of English or German
