Assistant Property & Co-ownership ManagerWe are a Real Estate Group established in French-speaking Switzerland with agencies in Geneva, Coppet, Nyon, Pully, Vevey, Fribourg, Sion, and Neuchâtel.As part of our business development, we wish to hire, for our Sion agency, a future Assistant Property & Co-ownership Manager.Job description:- Ensure the follow-up of the portfolio composed of co-ownerships and rentals of the group based on the instructions of the owners and internal guidelines.- Assist the team in charge of the portfolio.- Ensure the follow-up of General Assemblies, and participate in various meetings (General Assemblies of co-ownerships, committees, and delegate meetings).- Draft minutes.- Ensure the management of the General Assemblies.- Execute the various tasks of the claims and renovation follow-up process.- Establish and maintain harmonious relationships with our clients, owners, co-owners, insurance companies, concierges, suppliers, and service providers.We offer:- A diversified position within a family-owned Group.- Close collaboration with an autonomous work team.- Interaction with various stakeholders of the partner companies.- A pleasant working environment.- A salary commensurate with experience.- 5 weeks of vacation, then 6 weeks after 5 years of seniority.- Flexible working hours from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM.We require:- Solid experience within a real estate agency in Property Management and/or Co-ownership.- Ability to work in a dynamic team.- In-depth knowledge of real estate and good knowledge of Quorum software.- Excellent command of French.Start date: Immediately or to be agreed upon.Activity rate: 80%-100%We thank you for sending us a complete application file with work certificates and diplomas. jid3175012aen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
