As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you play a central role in managing and ensuring the continuity of HVAC technical infrastructure on sites, also relying on skills in automation, electricity and plumbing for preventive and corrective maintenance.
In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams related to building maintenance and renovation projects as well as support partners and suppliers to ensure the success of activities.
How you will make a difference as a Facilities Maintenance Specialist
- Ensure the continuity of service of HVAC installations, mastering these installations and possessing knowledge of building electrical and plumbing infrastructures as well as automation.
- Plan, coordinate and supervise maintenance interventions (preventive/corrective) and technical shutdowns.
- Manage contractors (contracts, performance monitoring, acceptance) and the quality of work.
- Ensure continuous improvement: analyse recurring breakdowns, propose and deploy reliability/standardisation actions.
- Maintain documentation and consolidate technical data (plans, procedures, histories, KPIs) in the CMMS.
- Guarantee safety, compliance and risk management during interventions (SHE, lockouts, work permits).
- Technical on-call service.
What will enable you to succeed
- Proven experience in building HVAC maintenance, automation and coordination of multi-technical interventions.
- Maintenance scheduling management (preventive/corrective), use of a CMMS.
- Proactive profile and a source of proposals. Analytical ability, continuous improvement approach and optimisation.
- Mastery of SHE requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage emergency situations on critical installations in a demanding environment.
- Contractor and contract management.
- Ease in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
- Demonstrate courage, collaboration, responsiveness and continuous learning.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
