- Handling all customer enquiries and complaints at the ticket office
- Welcoming and selling travel tickets
- Various administrative tasks related to the position (cash register management)
EXPECTED PROFILE
- Holder of a commercial employee CFC or in the sales field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service, ideally front office
- Native French speaker, any other language is a plus
- Good command of common IT tools and CRM is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills, sense of welcome and service
- Clean criminal record extract and debt enforcement office certificate are required upon hiring
