Customer Service and Receptionist Staff (M/F)
Your mission
- Ensure the processing and follow-up of customer orders from the Swiss market
- Advise and inform customers by telephone and email about products and services
- Coordinate shipments, invoicing and administrative follow-up of orders
- Handle after-sales service requests and guarantee quality service to customers
- Manage customer data, price lists and commercial communications
- Welcome visitors, customers and suppliers professionally
- Manage the telephone switchboard and direct various contacts
- Contribute to the smooth running of reception and the point of sale
Your profile
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
- Proven experience in customer service, sales administration or reception
- Excellent command of French and very good knowledge of German (minimum B2), a minimum B1 level in English is required
- Good command of MS Office tools and ease with ERP systems
- Service-oriented personality focused on customer satisfaction
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Methodical, organised and able to manage priorities
- Comfortable in a dynamic and versatile environment
