Your mission

• Ensure the processing and follow-up of customer orders from the Swiss market
• Advise and inform customers by telephone and email about products and services
• Coordinate shipments, invoicing and administrative follow-up of orders
• Handle after-sales service requests and guarantee quality service to customers
• Manage customer data, price lists and commercial communications
• Welcome visitors, customers and suppliers professionally
• Manage the telephone switchboard and direct various contacts
• Contribute to the smooth running of reception and the point of sale

Your profile

• Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
• Proven experience in customer service, sales administration or reception
• Excellent command of French and very good knowledge of German (minimum B2), a minimum B1 level in English is required
• Good command of MS Office tools and ease with ERP systems
• Service-oriented personality focused on customer satisfaction
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Methodical, organised and able to manage priorities
• Comfortable in a dynamic and versatile environment
