AFTER-SALES SERVICE ADVISOR
YOUR MISSION
- Active reception and customer advice for our after-sales service
- Appointment scheduling and workshop work planning
- Preparation and follow-up of files
- Invoicing of completed work
- Sale of additional services
- Preparation of quotes
- Become the preferred Advisor for your clients and make them want to return!
YOUR PROFILE
- Several years of experience in a similar position
- Federal VET Diploma in a profession related to automobiles, ideally in mechanics
- Strong sense of hospitality and service
- Good interpersonal skills, excellent communicator with a positive attitude
- Native French speaker with excellent knowledge of English (an asset)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and new technologies
- Enjoys teamwork while being able to work independently
