YOUR MISSION


  • Active reception and customer advice for our after-sales service
  • Appointment scheduling and workshop work planning
  • Preparation and follow-up of files
  • Invoicing of completed work
  • Sale of additional services
  • Preparation of quotes
  • Become the preferred Advisor for your clients and make them want to return!


YOUR PROFILE


  • Several years of experience in a similar position
  • Federal VET Diploma in a profession related to automobiles, ideally in mechanics
  • Strong sense of hospitality and service
  • Good interpersonal skills, excellent communicator with a positive attitude
  • Native French speaker with excellent knowledge of English (an asset)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and new technologies
  • Enjoys teamwork while being able to work independently
