Our client is a medium-sized company, well established in the canton of Vaud.
Responsibilities
As an Administrative Assistant, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Manage internal and external communications, including telephone calls and emails.
- Ensure the management and updating of administrative documents.
- Organise and coordinate meetings, including the preparation of minutes.
- Support the team in managing files and archives.
- Perform data entry tasks and ensure their accuracy.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth running of administrative processes.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required.
- Provide general administrative support for the secretarial department.
Candidate Profile
As an Administrative Assistant, you have the following profile:
- Diploma in an administrative field or equivalent.
- Experience in the construction, engineering, or similar technical environments.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in French; English is an asset.
- Proficiency in IT tools and common office software.
- Organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Team spirit and ability to work independently.
