Responsibilities

As an Administrative Assistant, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Manage internal and external communications, including telephone calls and emails.
  • Ensure the management and updating of administrative documents.
  • Organise and coordinate meetings, including the preparation of minutes.
  • Support the team in managing files and archives.
  • Perform data entry tasks and ensure their accuracy.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth running of administrative processes.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as required.
  • Provide general administrative support for the secretarial department.

Candidate Profile

As an Administrative Assistant, you have the following profile:

  • Diploma in an administrative field or equivalent.
  • Experience in the construction, engineering, or similar technical environments.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in French; English is an asset.
  • Proficiency in IT tools and common office software.
  • Organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Team spirit and ability to work independently.
