Job Description

• Support the patient in daily life activities, promoting their autonomy
• Actively contribute to the patient’s therapeutic and life project, considering their goals and environment
• Observe patient progress and ensure quality handovers
• Ensure the well-being, safety, and comfort of patients
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team, providing comprehensive and personalised care

Qualifications

• Care assistant or nursing assistant diploma
• Experience in clinical settings, rehabilitation, or geriatrics is an asset
• Interest in patient autonomy and life projects
• Team spirit and sense of responsibility
• Dynamic, reliable, and patient-oriented personality
