The La Côte organization's mission is to help dependent individuals or those with health issues remain in their living environment for as long as possible. Through its CMS centers in Mies, Nyon, Gland, Rolle, Aubonne, St-Prex, and Morges, it provides services to promote, maintain, and/or restore health, maximize the level of autonomy, and foster the social integration of its clients while supporting their loved ones.
