- Handling all customer enquiries and complaints at the ticket office
- Welcoming customers and selling travel tickets
- Various administrative tasks related to the position (cash register management)
REQUIRED PROFILE
- Holder of a commercial employee certificate or in the sales field
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service, ideally front office
- Native French speaker, any other language is a plus
- Good command of common IT tools and CRM is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills, sense of welcome and service
- Clean criminal record and debt enforcement office certificate are required upon hiring
- Full availability from mid-July to the end of September 2026
