Customer Service Officer After-Sales Service (100%)

Your tasks:

Monitoring and processing incoming customer requests
Administrative preparation of after-sales service interventions
Planning of service interventions and after-sales service technicians
Monitoring service orders and triggering invoices

Your skills:

Technical or commercial training with 2-3 years of professional experience
Technical understanding, basic knowledge of building technology (HVAC) an advantage
Comfortable with numbers, knowledge of financial accounting an advantage
Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
A taste for teamwork and communication with customers
Very good language skills in French, German is an asset
