For a permanent position, the OK Job Xpert department is looking for a Commercial and Technical Project Manager for a General - Total Contractor to manage offers in close collaboration with the design office.You hold an HES engineering degree or equivalent and have 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role within a General - Total Contracting company in French-speaking Switzerland, particularly in the canton of Geneva.Possessing analytical and synthesis skills, you demonstrate autonomy, proactivity, and adaptability in all circumstances.You are highly proficient in standard industry tools (Messerli, MS Project).Performance-oriented with a taste for quality work.Ease of communication and benevolence.Excellent listening, negotiation, and persuasion skills.Business development and opportunity research.Interface between the Technical Design Office, the Legal Department, the Divisions, and Management.Development of the real estate stakeholder network in line with the commercial strategy (Project Owners, AMO/RMO, Architects).Preparation of files for presentation to Management during internal closings and during tender submissions.Management of offers and defense of these before Project Owners and partners.Handover and debriefing to teams.Participation in events aimed at creating customer loyalty and promoting the Company's image.Ensuring the representation of the Company externally.Monitoring trends and the evolution of the market and the institutional context related to real estate development and translating this into objectives and action plans.Please note that we will only respond to applications corresponding to the job requirements within 10 days; if you have not received a response from us, please consider that we have not retained your application.
