Specialised in new construction, renovation and transformation projects, we support our clients in the realisation of demanding works throughout French-speaking Switzerland.

To support our development, we are looking for a Project Manager calculation and client consulting in ventilated façades.

Your mission :

At the heart of our activity, you participate with the commercial director and the calculator in developing the client and mandate portfolio. Your technical and commercial skills enable you to manage the preparation of offers from proposing solutions to the client through to obtaining the mandate. Technical advice, calculation and preparation of offers, tender dossiers, negotiation and contracting are part of your daily tasks.

As the main contact for architects, general contractors and project owners during this phase, you ensure the technical and economic quality of the offers you prepare.

Once the contract is obtained, you hand over a complete dossier to the project managers who then ensure the execution of the works.

Your responsibilities:

• Technical studies and preparation of offers:

• • Analyse private and public tender dossiers.

• • Study plans, specifications and technical documents.

• • Carry out measurements and quantity calculations.

• • Prepare quotes and cost estimates accurately, seeking the most relevant technical and financial solutions.

• • Prepare commercial offers respecting technical, financial and contractual requirements.

• Client relations and negotiation:

• • Communicate with clients and conduct site visits to propose technical or financial solutions adapted to needs and answer their technical questions.

• • Present, defend and negotiate offers until their award.

• • Propose technical and economic variants that create value for the client.

• • Follow up on ongoing offers and pursue dossiers when necessary.

• • Develop and maintain a client portfolio in Romandie.

• Project coordination and economic management:

• • Consult suppliers and negotiate the best purchasing conditions.

• • Ensure the forecast profitability of projects.

• • Prepare the handover of dossiers to project managers after signature, ensuring coherence between design and execution.

Prerequisites:

You have solid experience in the building sector, particularly in façades or sub-construction, and you appreciate both analytical work and client interactions.

You are able to understand a project as a whole, estimate it rigorously and defend your technical choices with conviction.

You notably possess:

• A technical education in building, civil engineering or an equivalent qualification.

• Confirmed experience in calculation or offer preparation in Switzerland.

• Confirmed experience in building envelope (ventilated façades, cladding, metalwork, steel framework or similar activity). Specific experience in ventilated façades is a real asset.

• Good knowledge of public and private tenders.

• Excellent plan reading and technical document skills.

• Good mastery of measurements and cost analysis.

• Ease in exchanges with architects, general contractors and project owners.

• A true sense of negotiation and client service.

• Excellent organisation and great autonomy.

Proficiency in AutoCAD is an asset
