The Medical-Social Centers have the mission to help people of all ages who are dependent or in need of health care to remain in their living environment for as long as possible and to support caregivers. The ASPMAD, with its 9 CMS, takes care of clients at home annually and serves 105 municipalities in the North. For our CMS, we are looking for a nurse for a position to be agreed upon.Nurse Position CossonayYour missions:As a nursing proxy, your role involves an advanced mastery of specific skills:- Quality of interventions: Contribute through your specialized skills to optimize the quality of interventions with clients.- Response to care needs: Effectively respond to care needs by providing physical and tailored health care.- Interdisciplinary: Work closely with the entire network (CMS team, caregivers, doctors, partners) to ensure appropriate care.Profile:You hold a nursing degree HES or an equivalent title, reinforced by 2 years of experience, preferably in home care. You are versatile, attentive, and autonomous; possess excellent communication skills and show a strong interest in maintaining independence.
