On behalf of one of our clients, the agency is looking for a:Chef de Cuisine with CFC/Federal Diploma- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Chef de Cuisine- Experience in 4 and 5-star hotels, clinics, and nursing homes- Holder of an AFP, CFC in cooking and Federal Diploma or equivalent diploma- Excellent command of traditional, gastronomic, and institutional cuisine- Confirmed knowledge in catering and banquet activities- Very good knowledge of food textures and specific diets in nursing homes- Ability to manage large production volumes while guaranteeing quality- Complete management of the kitchen and monthly menu planning with menus adapted to the seasons and the needs of the establishments- Management of orders and stocks- Monitoring and control of costs (food cost), pricing, and supplier monitoring- Supervision and management of kitchen teams, including staff scheduling- Guarantee of compliance with HACCP standards and hygiene, and supervision of catering and banquets jidd7fb1a8aen jit0625aen jpiy26aen
