In this context, the organization manages a living and working space, in the form of a village, located in the municipality of Bernex, welcoming residents and external beneficiaries and promoting an inclusive, human, and professional approach to support. To strengthen its living space for Seniors, Aigues-Vertes is looking for a:Community Health Care Assistant (%)Your mission consists of ensuring the support and monitoring of a group of aging people living with an intellectual disability and associated psychological disorders or autism spectrum disorders (ASD). You organize and facilitate the daily life of these individuals within a multidisciplinary team and contribute to their well-being. You support the team in their tasks related to basic care and the monitoring of prescribed treatments and provide the required care. You maintain, anticipate, and prepare the necessary items for patient care. You ensure the monitoring of auxiliary aids and the health of the beneficiaries as well as technical acts in connection with the right to practice under the supervision of a member of the nursing team. You hold an ASSC diploma and have confirmed experience in the field of disability and/or with an elderly population. Endowed with a constructive spirit, you are flexible and versatile.
