Our Foundation operates two establishments, one with a geriatric care mission and the other with a mission for psychiatry of advanced age, as well as a Temporary Reception Centre (CAT)

Seeking for its Penthalaz site with a geriatric care mission PAA compatible:

A Care Assistant (ASSC) at 80% for its unit of 37 residents

Your mission

You contribute, through your skills, to the optimal quality of interventions with the residents. As an ASSC, you ensure the delegated services respecting the support objectives of each resident. Furthermore, you participate in the development and monitoring of the support project. You work in tandem with nurses and interdisciplinarily with various teams with a holistic vision.

Your profile

You hold the CFC of ASSC or a certification deemed equivalent and have at least 2 years of experience in the field. Besides a clear interest in elderly people, you appreciate teamwork and promote interdisciplinarity. You have good communication skills, listening abilities, and an initiative spirit. You demonstrate autonomy, good time management, and prioritisation skills. You are comfortable with common IT tools and have knowledge of the Carefolio software.

You are flexible: continuous and split shifts, two weekends per month, some on-call duties
