Description

To strengthen our service team, we are looking for a reliable, autonomous and motivated after-sales service technician for the Fribourg - Yverdon region.

By joining Duscholux, you become a true ambassador of our brand to our customers and partners. You will work on our shower enclosures and operate in a dynamic environment, with varied tasks and great autonomy on a daily basis.

Your Tasks

• Be the preferred contact person of Duscholux for our customers and partners in the Fribourg - Yverdon region
• Advise and assist customers with all technical questions
• Take measurements directly on site
• Carry out assembly, maintenance and repair of all our products
• Manage damage cases and warranty requests
• Assist our partners with technical questions
• Plan your interventions independently
• Write the corresponding intervention reports Each day is different and allows you to work independently while being at the heart of customer relations.

Your Profile

• You have completed professional training (sanitary installer, metal construction, carpenter or equivalent training)
• You have practical experience in a technical or assembly profession
• You work independently and in an organised manner
• You are comfortable with IT tools You work quickly, with rigour and precision
• You demonstrate flexibility and are accustomed to irregular working hours
• Your home is necessarily located in Switzerland
• You hold a category B driving licence (mandatory)
