Your tasks
- Receiving and handling calls
- Receiving and processing management orders
- Opening work orders
- Managing repair teams and establishing their schedules
- Receiving measurements
- Invoicing repair work
- Ordering small equipment
- Managing public contract files
- Supporting company administration

In this role, you demonstrate great versatility and excellent organisational skills, essential in a dynamic environment where interruptions are frequent. You know how to maintain control of priorities and progress efficiently despite demands.
Your autonomy is one of your strong points: you are able to take charge of your tasks quickly and work independently, while remaining a true support for the team.
- Commercial employee CFC
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position, ideally in the technical field
- Fluency in French, English and/or Portuguese is an asset
- Perfect command of common IT tools, knowledge of Abacus is desirable
- Comfortable with administrative tasks, with basic accounting knowledge
- Autonomous in your work, enjoying active collaboration within a small, efficient and cheerful team
- Ready to take on responsibilities
