To complete our solid, experienced, and committed team, we are looking for an after-sales service assistant.Your tasks- Reception and processing of calls- Reception and processing of management vouchers- Opening of work orders- Management of repair teams and establishment of their schedule- Reception of troubleshooting work reports- Ordering of small equipment- Follow-up of public market files- Support for the company's managementYour profileIn this role, you demonstrate great versatility and an excellent sense of organization, essential in a dynamic environment where interruptions are frequent. You know how to maintain control of priorities and advance effectively despite the unexpected.
