Opening of Mastercard debit cards, credit cards, and e-banking accounts. Compliance with regulatory requirements (VSB guidelines) and internal directives. Processing of legal requests, work processes, and active contribution to their development. Testing of new techniques. Active contribution to the satisfaction of our clients’ requests with internal specialized services and ensuring the smooth operation of our banking services. A professional experience in a similar role is required, knowledge of current banking products is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office programs, affinity for various subjects, and knowledge of Finnova is desired. French language proficiency and good command of German both spoken and written.
