As part of its development, our client, an SME X in the construction sector, is looking for a Manager and Accountant to support its daily operations. Job missions:- You will work in a human-sized environment, with a central and cross-functional role, in direct contact with management.- Ensure the overall management of the organization (correspondence, internal communications).- Manage staff files (HR follow-up).- Supervise salaries and social insurance follow-up.- Participate in the ongoing accounting (payments, follow-up).- Be a key interlocutor between internal teams and external partners (fiduciary, banks, etc.).- Contribute to and improve commercial or accounting processes (CFC commercial employee or equivalent).- Confirmed experience in a versatile position in SME X in construction.- Good knowledge of Swiss HR and payroll aspects (salaries, social insurance).- Knowledge of accounting (comfortable with tools like Excel, ERP types Winbiz/Abacus).- Organized, autonomous, proactive with a good sense of confidentiality, rigor, and spirit. jid6b9377caen jit0414aen jpiy26aen
