- Complete bookkeeping of buildings and owners
- Collection and accounting of rents
- Management of reminders, collections and suspense accounts
- Processing of rental charges and ancillary costs
- Entry, control and payment of supplier invoices
- Management of building bank accounts (segregated accounts)
- Bank reconciliations
- Monthly and annual closings
- Preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements according to Geneva practices
- Preparation of owners’ account statements
- Preparation of annual budgets
- Management of calls for funds and monitoring of renovation funds
- Close collaboration with property managers
- Coordination with administration and management
- Accounting support to management teams
- Contacts with private owners, institutional clients and various stakeholders
- Suppliers, banks, fiduciaries
- Tax authorities (if applicable)
- Application of the Code of Obligations (CO)
- Compliance with rules relating to segregated accounts
- Management of real estate VAT (specific cases)
- Preparation of elements necessary for owners’ tax declarations
