Bilingual French-German Subcontractors Accounting Assistant
What you can achieve with us
Integrated within a dynamic team, you will be responsible for, among other things:
- Accounting and processing subcontractor invoices in SAP
- Processing and controlling payments
- Managing received securities and compliance control
- Handling requests (email inbox, calls)
- Supporting teams and raising awareness of subcontractor issues
- Cross-functional tasks
What you bring
- Bilingual French-German
- Good knowledge of SAP (or an equivalent ERP)
- Commercial CFC, Accounting Assistant training or equivalent diploma
- Good interpersonal skills (customer-oriented, comfortable in writing and speaking)
- Team spirit and collaborative (ability to interact with diverse stakeholders)
- Rigour, sense of control, autonomy
