Your tasks:
You will be responsible for the complete management of the office administration as well as the monitoring of invoicing and debt collection.
- Preparation, verification and sending of patient invoices
- Processing and control of payments (BVR, debit/credit cards, cash)
- Monitoring of unpaid invoices and management of reminders
- Management of contentious files
- Management and follow-up of files related to social insurance
- Verification and preparation of payment of supplier and creditor invoices
- Collaboration with the external fiduciary for various follow-up tasks

Your profile:
- Federal VET Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent training
- Autonomy, rigour and excellent organisation
- A successful first experience in a similar position
- Ease in a clinical environment
- Service-minded, discretion and good interpersonal skills
- Excellent IT skills including the Dentagest software which is essential
