Your tasks:

You will be responsible for the complete management of the office administration as well as the monitoring of invoicing and debt collection.

  • Preparation, verification and sending of patient invoices
  • Processing and control of payments (BVR, debit/credit cards, cash)
  • Monitoring of unpaid invoices and management of reminders
  • Management of contentious files
  • Management and follow-up of files related to social insurance
  • Verification and preparation of payment of supplier and creditor invoices
  • Collaboration with the external fiduciary for various follow-up tasks

Your profile:

  • Federal VET Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent training
  • Autonomy, rigour and excellent organisation
  • A successful first experience in a similar position
  • Ease in a clinical environment
  • Service-minded, discretion and good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent IT skills including the Dentagest software which is essential
