Founded more than 75 years ago, the Suard company has become, over the years, an institution present in the Fribourg landscape.
The company now includes a laboratory, six bakeries, and four tea-rooms. All are spread across the city of Fribourg, Givisiez, and Marly.

YOUR MISSIONS:
• Ensure the quality and neat presentation of each catering product, with a real attention to detail;
• Supervise and coordinate the catering team with good human and operational management;
• Participate in the creation of new innovative products adapted to the needs of our customers;
• Comply with hygiene and food safety standards;
• Ensure optimal stock management (notably monitoring expiry dates);
• Use computer tools to track orders, stocks, and planning.
YOUR PROFILE:
• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in baking or a related field;
• Proven experience in a similar position;
• Very good knowledge of hygiene standards;
• Attention to detail and aesthetics.
Working hours: night shift starting from 2:00 am. Availability to work nights is essential.
