You will be responsible for diversifying and economically offering according to defined quality standards, as well as developing our kitchen recipes. You will personally manage and develop the kitchen team (6-7), supervise and support all workstations at various production stages, while ensuring compliance with hygiene concepts and foodstuffs according to legal requirements / HACCP standards. You'll be responsible for the budget and procurement, ensuring a balanced and diversified supply and the good quality of our products. You will follow self-control procedures and adhere to applicable official guidelines, strictly respecting safety standards. You will work closely with the service and event staff with a schedule from Monday to Friday (shift 5 am - 4 pm).What you bring:Education: Federal Certificate Chef with Federal Diploma Professional experience: 5-10 years as a Chef with Federal Diploma and team management experienceA person passionate about the profession, offering innovative cuisineStrict adherence to HACCP standards, high individual responsibility, proven professional skills, open personality able to work in a structured manner and willing to take initiative.
