We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and quality-oriented Production Chef to strengthen our kitchen team and ensure the excellence of our catering service.Responsibilities in the catering butcher's kitchen:Your main tasks: As the Production Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire catering production, ensuring quality, food safety, and customer satisfaction:- Production supervision: Plan and coordinate the catering production, master cooking techniques, crusted meats, and high-end production methods.- Team management: Supervise and train cooks and kitchen helpers, ensure the distribution of tasks, and promote skill development for each team member.- Stock management and supply: Monitor stock levels, anticipate needs, place orders, and manage product supply to ensure freshness and availability.- Hygiene and food safety: Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and safety standards, maintain a clean working environment and products.- Product presentation: Participate in showcasing catering products and meats, ensuring careful presentation for our customers.- Support at the host table: Depending on your availability, assist with the lunchtime service and share your expertise on our products.Profile:- Holder of a CFC or Bac Pro in cooking (experience in high-end production is a plus).- Experienced in meat cooking and catering techniques, ideally with crusted meats (pâtés, Wellington fillets…).- Passionate about quality products and customer service.- Ability to manage a team, organize, and optimize production.- Autonomous, meticulous, with a keen eye for detail.- Dynamic, friendly, and with excellent interpersonal skills.We offer:- A key role with responsibilities and autonomy in catering production.- The opportunity to train in our meat and catering specialties.- Continuous working hours from 7 AM to 4:30 PM.- 5 weeks of vacation.- A permanent contract with a competitive salary, above industry standards and reflecting the company's success.- A family-oriented and friendly work environment that values excellence and teamwork!If you wish to contribute to the excellence of our catering service and grow in a renowned company in Lausanne, we would be delighted to receive your application: 100% employment, Work hours: %, Work hours: %, Permanent contract. jid1f9b676aen jit0206aen jpiy26aen
