It also has a self-service buffet restaurant with 150 seats, 15 conference/seminar rooms, and a banquet service that can accommodate up to 250 people. We are actively seeking our future Head Chef. We offer you the opportunity to take on responsibilities and manage a kitchen autonomously, while being able to count on the support of your department head and a solid and professional team. You will be responsible for the smooth operation of the kitchen from a managerial perspective, with the primary goal of offering modern and high-quality culinary creations. You ensure compliance with our culinary commitments, including sourcing, management, and finance. Managing hygiene processes, food safety, quality, and sustainability are integral parts of your role and are not foreign to you. You are comfortable working in a team environment, which allows you to manage your team effectively. Responsible, flexible, and equipped with managerial and social skills, you demonstrate a high level of demand and professionalism. You are perceived as an experienced professional with excellent team leadership skills. You support your brigade to enhance their skill level by conducting annual reviews. This challenge is for you if: You are passionate about cooking, love to develop your knowledge and share it, are aware of current trends and implement them while considering customer needs, and know how to provide tailored solutions. You possess leadership to motivate and supervise your team. You have a vocational diploma as a cook or an equivalent qualification, with 10 years of experience in the industry, ideally 5 of which as a head chef.
