Our group currently manages 3 garages and a body shop, located in Les Acacias and Le Grand-Pré, where we offer the Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo, and Morgan brands, as well as after-sales services, spare parts stores, and original accessories. As a family-owned and independent company, we are growing thanks to the skills and commitment of our hundred employees and by remaining faithful to our values. To support the development of our activities, we are looking for a 100% position.Main activities:- Manage the teams and the customer reception teams;- Coordinate the efficient operation of the workshop by respecting the schedule and ensuring customer satisfaction;- Ensure sustainable profitability and productivity for the company;- Responsible for the quality of work provided by the workshop;- Guarantor of compliance with brand standards, Swiss laws, and current conventions.- Welcome suppliers and order parts and tools necessary with the agreement of the After-Sales Director;- Management of repair orders;- Ensure good communication between the reception and the workshop.Profile:- You hold a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) in mechanics or an equivalent qualification (federal certificate is a plus);- You have confirmed experience as a workshop manager;- You have experience in team management and workshop management;- You have a sense of priorities and organization;- You have good communication skills, you are dynamic and autonomous, and you know how to converse easily with demanding clientele;- You converse easily in French.Start date: July 1st.Only complete applications (CV, Cover Letter) posted on the platform will be considered. jidf048c9baen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
