- Managing the schedule, allocating work
- Monitoring the execution of work and final inspection
- Ensuring compliance with our work processes
- Managing workshop personnel
- Collaborating with other departments
Your profile
- Holder of a Federal VET Diploma as a mechatronics technician for commercial and heavy goods vehicles / Technically proficient
- Federal certificate as workshop coordinator or diagnostician would be an advantage
- Certified apprentice trainer
- Experience in a similar position would be an asset
- Proficient in common office software
- Native French speaker, knowledge of German would be an advantage
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to manage priorities
- Good stress management
- Confident in personnel management, demonstrating natural authority
