For one of our clients near Yverdon-les-Bains, active in the field of sales and construction machinery, particularly in the area of forklifts, we are looking for a: Mechanic / Technical Manager 80 to 100 % (M/F). Job Description:- Management of interventions (maintenance, diagnostics) on thermal and electric forklifts, either on-site or directly at clients' locations.- Management of client requests and after-sales service (SAV), with follow-up on interventions and feedback on the evolution of the service.- Direct contact with clients for repairs and services.- Active contribution to the quality of interventions and technical work (approx. 30%): - Service, maintenance, and safety checks of handling equipment. - Accurate diagnostics on mechanical, electrical, electronic, and hydraulic systems. - Preventive maintenance and service of new or complementary equipment for machine delivery.- Management and organization of the availability of technicians (approx. 70%).- Management of parts orders.- Control of files for tracking and general follow-up between clients and suppliers.- Drafting of correspondence in French and German.- Various technical and administrative tasks.Profile:- You hold a degree in mechanics, preferably as an agricultural machine mechanic, construction machinery, or truck mechanic, or you can justify experience in hydraulics, mechanics, and electricity, with knowledge of thermal engines.- You are capable of safely diagnosing faults and performing repairs.- You hold a valid driving license, B and C.- You have a strong interest in following the evolution of new technologies.- You are fluent in French (oral and written) and in German, and you are autonomous with a good analytical mind and a strong sense of service.We offer:- A fixed-term position within a stable company.- A varied role combining management, troubleshooting, and mechanics.- A dynamic work environment.Are you looking for a versatile and technical position?
