Through one of our clients near Yverdon-les-Bains, active in the field of sales and construction machinery, particularly in that of forklifts, we are looking for a: Mechanic / Technical Manager 80 to 100% (M/F) DESCRIPTION OF THE position and activities of interventions (maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on thermal and electric forklifts, both in our workshop or directly at customer sites). Management of customer requests and after-sales service (SAV), with follow-up on interventions and on the evolution of technical works (approx. 30%): Service, maintenance, and safety checks of handling equipment. Accurate diagnostics on mechanical, electrical, electronic, and hydraulic systems. Preventive maintenance and servicing of new equipment or additional equipment for machine delivery. Management of tasks (approx. 70%) and availability of assemblers. Management of parts orders. Control of files for follow-up and general relations between clients and suppliers. Drafting of correspondence in French and German. Various technical and administrative tasks. PROFILE You hold a completed training in mechanics, preferably as an agricultural machinery mechanic, construction machinery, or truck mechanic, or can justify relevant experience in hydraulics, mechanics, and electricity, with knowledge of thermal engines. You are capable of safely establishing error diagnostics and executing repairs. You possess a valid driving license, categories B and C, and have a genuine interest in keeping up with the evolution of new technologies. You are fluent in French (oral and written) and have a good knowledge of German, as well as being autonomous, with a good analytical spirit and a developed sense of service.
