Description

In this role, you will ensure the operation of the Schindler client infrastructure throughout Switzerland. You will maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, with a high level of customer focus to provide exceptional service and support. 

  • Manage incidents for iOS and macOS devices 

  • Ensure the operation for order and assignment tasks 

  • Collaborate with first and second level support groups for incident management 

  • Oversee hardware stock management 

  • Support superiors with special tasks in IT Management 

  • Currently enrolled in or planning to pursue a college education 

  • Basic knowledge of office work and administrative processes 

  • Solid general IT knowledge and understanding of technical concepts 

  • Familiar with macOS systems and their applications in the workplace 

  • Confident working with iOS devices and mobile environments 

  • Fluent in German (C2 level) and English (B1-B2 level), both written and spoken
