What you move

• Support for activities in the areas of employer branding, university relations & recruiting
• Organization and implementation of internal and external events (e.g. university fairs)
• Participation in the recruitment process (pre-selection, interview organization, candidate management)
• Support for other projects and topics relating to the HR lifecycle

What you bring along

• Bachelor's/Master's or prospective with a specialization in HR, marketing, psychology or economics
• First professional experience in HR/marketing advantageous, independent and structured way of working
• Communicative and creative personality who shows initiative and is strong in implementation
• Very good knowledge of German and English (oral and written)
