Water technician at the Water Service 100% Pully, the 7th city of the Canton with its inhabitants, is positioned as a major player in the regional development of the eastern Lausanne area. To complement the staff of the Department of Works and Industrial Services, the Municipality of the City of Pully is offering a position. Mission: Participate in the maintenance and renewal of the drinking water and fire-fighting distribution network throughout the municipal territory. Main activities: Install, operate, and maintain the pipelines, structures, and components of the water distribution network, in compliance with current standards and directives. Monitor water quality and the springs area by following and documenting self-monitoring. Provide information and support to customers, concession technicians, and master operators, and take meter readings. Ensure compliance with internal regulations. Troubleshoot and participate in on-call services. Desired profile: Fitter diploma or federal certificate of network technician: an advantage. Manual profession with experience in the field of drinking water distribution or excavation work. A strong interest in the distribution of drinking water. Strong team spirit, sense of responsibility.
