ProfileCFC in heating or deemed equivalent experience of at least 5 years in a maintenance position, with experience in maintenance and preventive maintenance of CVS systems. Ability to identify and solve problems; mastery of on-site interventions and adherence to safety standards. Autonomy, versatility, and flexibility. Good interpersonal skills, customer orientation, proactivity, and team spirit. Flexibility and availability, proximity to work, and a driving license.ResponsibilitiesPerform maintenance and repairs on heating and sanitary systems. Ensure troubleshooting of heating and sanitary systems, establish diagnostics for failures and malfunctions, remediation of gas, oil, and heat pump boilers. Be capable of calculating a quick price estimate for clients. Actively participate in acquiring new maintenance contracts. Prepare and execute missions using necessary tools and auxiliary means. Coordinate work while respecting quality and safety criteria, margin, and risk management, providing services that meet client needs.
