For one of our clients active in high-end watchmaking, we are looking for a Watchmaking Manager [M/F/X]. We are seeking an experienced, passionate person with excellent leadership skills. You will be responsible for the quality, precision, and dynamics of your team. Responsibilities: - Lead and support a team of watchmakers in a spirit of excellence. - Ensure the impeccable quality of watches, from assembly to final inspection. - Organize, plan, and optimize production flows to ensure performance and precision. - Convey your technical know-how and attention to detail. - Collaborate closely with the development and logistics departments. - Be the guarantor of team spirit and watchmaking culture within a company recognized in watchmaking.
