Responsibilities - Supervision of a team and collaboration with many stakeholders - Ordering spare parts - Maintenance of construction machines (excavators, dumpers, drills, pavers, rollers, etc.) You bring - You hold a Federal Certificate of Competence as a construction machinery mechanic, heavy vehicle mechanic, or agricultural machinery mechanic and have at least 5 years of successful experience - You confidently lead a team of 6 mechanics in an enthusiastic and pleasant environment - Proficiency in tools (Excel) would enhance your solution-oriented mindset; your excellent skills and technical expertise make you a valued and committed manager - You have a strong interest in the construction industry - Self-reliant, with ease and resilience to stress, you are looking for a full-time position in a constantly evolving department We offer - Our employees are our priority.
