Within our structure, you will benefit from real autonomy, direct contact with management, and a decisive role in the success of our projects.Ventilated Facade Project ManagerAs a Project Manager, you are responsible for the complete management of the projects entrusted to you. You ensure their technical, financial, and operational management, guaranteeing compliance with costs, deadlines, quality, and safety.Your main responsibilities:Project Management- Take charge of projects from their award to the execution phase and establish the general schedule.- Ensure global monitoring of the schedule, budget, and resources.- Identify risks and implement necessary corrective actions.- Ensure regular reporting to management.Studies and Technical Aspects- Analyze execution files and contractual requirements.- Participate in technical meetings with clients, architects, and engineers.- Validate execution plans and technical details.- Validate constructive solutions and guarantee their compliance with current standards.Monitoring of Procurement and Supplier Management- Consult, select, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.- Place orders and ensure their follow-up.- Control supply deadlines and delivery compliance.- Optimize costs while guaranteeing quality.Site Management- Organize and coordinate the interventions of assembly teams.- Participate in site meetings.- Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality, and safety requirements.- Support team leaders in resolving problems on site.- Ensure intermediate and final acceptance of the works.Financial Management- Establish and monitor the budget for each project.- Control incurred costs and the project margin.- Prepare work progress reports, measurements, and payment requests.- Manage amendments and additional works.The ideal person:Education- CFC in the construction field (metal construction, carpenter, etc.) supplemented by higher education, ES Technician, HES Bachelor, engineer, or equivalent in the fields of building, civil engineering, architecture, or building envelope.Experience- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management in Switzerland.- Confirmed experience in the building envelope, facades, metal construction, or a related field.- Experience in financial monitoring of projects and team leadership.Technical Skills- Excellent understanding of construction techniques and the building envelope.- Knowledge of ventilated facade systems (a major asset).- Proficiency in AutoCAD and iCAD (a plus).- Good command of the Microsoft Office suite.- Proficiency in project management and monitoring tools.- Reading and understanding of execution plans.Personal Skills- Sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial spirit.- Autonomy, ability to organize, and to make decisions.- Excellent communication skills and sense of negotiation.- Team spirit and solution-oriented.- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.Other- Driver's license.- The working language is French, required level: B2 minimum. jid1bd8148aen jit0832aen jpiy26aen
