As a motor vehicle expert within a large team in Switzerland, you assist our clients and injured parties in repairing damages quickly and without bureaucracy. Whether with a private car or a company vehicle: those on the road can count on Zurich.

What you do

• You carry out motor vehicle assessments
• You determine repair methods and calculate the amount of damage
• You assess coverage and handling of corporate liability claims
• You verify repair invoices, depreciation claims, and unemployment claims in collaboration with other Help Points and claims centres
• You conduct negotiations with policyholders, injured parties, and repair companies

What you bring

• Federal certificate as an automotive mechatronics technician, bodywork technician, or automotive painter OR equivalent training
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the repair sector or in receiving vehicles damaged in accidents
• Strong customer orientation and enjoyment of working in contact with various stakeholders
• Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite as well as systems related to repairs
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written; good knowledge of English is an advantage.
